Zeeba has presented month-long workshops in corporate settings and clients have included the world's top banks. She has also presented meditation and yoga workshops at international schools.
Workshops include: Pop-up Museum of Happiness -- Conducted a cyclic meditation workshop for the Museum of Happiness which was founded in London in 2015.
Eat, Pray, Love -- A month-long program on nutrition, meditation, yoga, culture and wellness that taught how to eat, move, and think healthy.
Masala Dosha: Eating for Your Body Type -- Taught about the three doshas (mind-body constitutions), which foods to eat more of and which to avoid in order to maintain balance in our mind-body, and what we can do to naturally heal ourselves using food.
Tonglen Meditation -- Taught about Tonglen, meaning “giving and receiving” in Tibetan, and how we can awaken our ability to give and receive by recognizing that we are conduits of all that the Universe offers.
Be Like Us or Get Out: Bridging Differences and Adapting to Others -- Taught that we can learn to adapt to others who are different from us by developing self-awareness and mindfulness, seeking information, listening and asking questions, tolerating ambiguity, becoming other-oriented, becoming socially de-centered, developing empathy and learning about cultural value patterns.
Optimal Health with MCT -- Taught that can reach optimal health through diet when we eat the rainbow diet, choose high vibration foods, eat lean protein, and healthy fats like MCT (medium-chain triglycerides) oil, which quickly converts energy into energy to fuel the body and brain, allows for less consumption of carbohydrates, and reduces body fat.
